Beetroot is one of the best nutritious seasonal vegetables which are very common and full of various vitamins and minerals and a blessing for improving immune system. Nutrients of beetroot agile our body plus mind, and aid in longevity and vitality. Beets are consumed as cooked vegetables, raw salads and juices.  Leaves of beet may also be used as green leafy vegetables.  Consumption of beets has medicinal values also. Beets are rich in assimilable iron.
